Ayatollah Mohammad-Ali Taskhiri, Head of the World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought stressed need for unity among Muslim ummah (nation) to counter conspiracies hatched against Islam. He addressed a seminar on Interfaith Harmony, organized by Idara Taqreeb-e Mazahib, Pakistan. Ayatollah Mohammad-Ali Taskhiri said that that main challenge Muslims face today is that they are divided. “Unity is the only weapon that can prove useful in countering the conspiracies against Islam,” adding that Iran is working tirelessly to unite the Muslims of the world.
