Allaholverdi Dehghani, a member of the Majlis Industry Committee said, “Considering the sanctions the West has imposed on Iran, which also affect fuel for Iranian ships, Iran will replace the fuels it currently uses with nuclear fuels, in order circumvent the sanctions and so Iranian ships will not need to refuel when sailing long distances. He added, “The government should enrich uranium at any level necessary for fueling ships.” Dehqani said that Iran would not allow the sanctions to sever its commercial relationships with other countries.
