Wu Bangguo will visit to Iran in the near future. Iranian Deputy Majlis Speaker for Executive Affairs, Ali Afrashteh, and an official at the Chinese National People’s Congress held talks on August 7, during which Afrashteh expressed satisfaction with Wu’s upcoming trip to Tehran.
