In the absence of OIC Secretary General al-Arabi, the Special Envoy of IRI President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, Hamid Baqa’ie, delivered the official letter invitation from the Islamic Republic Iran for participation at the international event to the Deputy OIC Secretary General Ahmad bin-Helli. Baqa’ie also delivered the Iranian President’s invitation to the NAM Summit to Egyptian President Muhammad al-Morsi.
