Brigadier General Massoud Jazzayeri, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces for Basij and Defense Culture, referred to the ongoing economic and cultural war against Iran. He stressed, “The current (cultural soft) war conditions should be understood well and its aspects assessed. Each of the country’s authorities and directors should identify their defense zone and lines… We propose that each government organization and body establishes a soft war headquarters to do the necessary planning to confront the enemies’ plots as a serious item on the agenda.”
