Dr. Ahmadi, member of the Majlis Planning and Budget Committee, referred to the state budget for the coming year. He said that according to discussions and agreements with the government, under the current conditions the government would not implement the second phase of subsidy reform as it would be another jolt to the economic at a time when it is not particularly stable.
