900,000 job seekers to receive training

Kourosh Parand, Deputy Minister of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare, announced that technical and professional training would be offered to 900,000 job seekers in three months starting in the current Iranian year. He described the program as especially important for the year of “Support for National Production.” He reported that some contracts have been concluded in the auto-making and construction industries to train the candidates. The training will be held in more than 600 public training centers and 17,000 private institutes for various groups including job seekers in cities and villages, college students and graduates, and employees in different sectors like industry, art and culture. Garrison soldiers also can receive training.
