Cyber police commander in the western Tehran province Torab Nooraolahi announced plans to create a secure atmosphere and reduce virtual crime. Cyber police experts who track and monitor websites, discovered bloggers who are harming the dignity of government officials on social networks. According to Noorolahi, after an inquiry revealed that some bloggers are publishing content and photos that are harming Iran’s leaders, cyber police experts revealed the location of their activity and, in conjunction with legal authorities, arrested two bloggers, who were then transferred to the police for further interrogation.
