‘Flame’ virus brings cyber war front to a new level

Iran has been a primary target in a vicious cyber-attack aimed at collecting and retrieving sensitive data. The virus, nicknamed Flame, is reported to be the one of the most complex viruses ever created, and security experts are comparing it to Stuxnet, the computer worm that infected Iran’s computers in 2010. Because of the degree of funding and expertise, security agencies say that they have reason to believe the virus was created not by individual hackers, but by a nation state.
