Death sentence imposed on longest imprisoned female prisoner in Iran

The lawyer for Fatemeh Motaba announced that the longest imprisoned female prisoner in Iran has been sentenced to death. Fatemeh Motaba, who has been in prison for the past 20 years, has been sentenced to death several times, but the courts withdrew the sentence. On Sunday, the sentenced was again approved and her lawyer has a maximum of 20 days to appeal. Fatemeh was convicted 20 years ago of murder.
