Baha’i cemetary completely destroyed

According to a report by the human rights organization in Iran, an old Baha’i cemetery in Sangsar was completely destroyed by bulldozers and trucks, and all tombstones were covered with sand and dirt. Three years ago, the cemetery was vandalized by anonymous persons, with the support of the security forces. During the attack, parts of the cemetery were burned and slurs and threats were recorded. Following this event, the Baha’i were not allowed to continue to bury their dead at the site. The photos are of the first attack.
