First VP encourages auto manufacturers to increase production, exports

Mohammad-Reza Rahimi asked the Iran’s creditor banks to have greater interaction with the auto manufacturers and to provide them with the conditions for increasing production, while decreasing the cost of their products and offering greater services to their customers.
He emphasized the need for economic reforms aimed at eliminating some of the inconsistencies and problems in the car production process, reiterating that “Our auto manufacturers must try to improve the quality of their goods, meet the demands of the Iranian market, and also increase their exports markedly.”

At a meeting with the First Vice President, the two managing directors of Iran’s top car manufacturers, Iran Khodro and Saipa, spoke about the latest status of their factories’ receiving facilities, as well as statistics on the extent of their sales and the credit allocated to them over the past several years.
