Journalists Ahmed Ali Mohsanzadeh, Director General of the Legal Department of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance, referred to recent amendments to the new bill regarding Iranian media. He announced that the new bill had removed a section that allows journalists to be sentenced to prison, and there is a good chance that the bill will be approved.
