Oil exports have fallen 40% in the past nine months

Gholamreza Kateb, Spokesman for the Majlis Planning and Budget Committee, said that the figures were presented to the Majlis by Oil Minister Rostam Qasemi. “There has been a 40% decline in oil sales and a 45% decline in revenues from gas liquids.” He added that crude export revenues are expected to show a “significant decline” in the remaining three months of the current Iranian calendar year (ends March 20 2013), compared to the same period the previous year.
