Ambassador to Madrid, Morteza Saffari Natanzi, said that over 2,000 Spanish companies in different sectors of economy, industry and trade are working in Iran. He added that Spain is viewed positively in Iran. He said that because of the political behavior of certain European countries such as France and Germany, the Iranian government reacted reciprocally against them and this situation has created an opportunity for Spanish firms to attend to the Iranian market. Saffari persuaded Spanish companies to take advantage of the situation and invest in Iran. A Spanish trade delegation organized by the Chamber of Commerce of Malaga will arrive in Iran on March 8 and will include various companies engaged in production of elevators, wood industry, real estate, tourism and food sectors.
