Iran imposes serious restrictions on Internet ahead of elections

As the presidential elections approach, government measures restricting the Internet have been imposed in Iran. Over the past several days, there have been reports of complete disconnection of Internet communication software and VPN jamming in Iran as well as reported serious disruptions of Internet use in Iran on the World Wide Web.
