Economic, scientific agreement between Egypt and Iran

Deputy Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian said that Iran and Egypt “also concluded agreements regarding scientific and economic fields… With regard to bilateral exchange of goods and other common trade agreements between the two countries, we have (seen) and we will see the results in the future.” He said that during his visit, regional issues were discussed, and he reiterated Iran’s support for the Palestinian cause as “the most important issue in the Arab world, and proudly announced Iran’s broad support for the axis of resistance against the Zionist regime (Israel), and in this regard we support the Syrian people, Bashar Assad’s political reforms and political groups that believe in a democratic solution for Syria’s future.”
