Interior ministers of Iran and UAE discuss security and mutual cooperation

Mostafa Mohammad Najjar, Iranian Minister of Interior, is currently in the UAE at the invitation of his counterpart. Mohammad Najjar said that during this visit, “We will discuss broader cooperation on security and law-enforcement affairs, fighting against drug trafficking and organized crime, and extension of border relations and exchanges.” He will also discuss issuing visas to Iranians traveling to the UAE. He is accompanied by a delegation comprised of Deputy Interior Minister for Security Ali Abdollahi, Chief of the Foreign Ministry Office on the Persian Gulf Mohammad Omrani and MP Ahmad Bakhshayesh
