Tehran’s penal court branch 76 summons Ahmadinejad

The President has been summoned after Ali Larijani, Majlis Speaker and Mohammad Ali Purmokhtar head of the Majlis Article 90 Committee lodged complaints against  him. Mehdi Kia’i, the head of the Majlis Public Relations Department, has said that two complaints were lodged against the government for not executing the law “due to not implementing the law on formation of the Sports and Youth Ministry” therefore; President Ahmadinejad was summoned to court President’s office maintained that “we don’t know the nature of the charges” and hence Larijani’s complaint is illegal and in contrary to the Iranian constitution . This summons was not done in accordance with the constitution. The legal procedures that were set forth in the constitution in which the supreme court is authorized to handle violations committed by the Chairman of the executive authority.
