Head of operations in the House of Cinema, Azimi Mir Abadadi, announced that at the moment the building and all of the assets that belong to the House of Cinema are under the possession of the Ministry of Islamic Guidance following the announcement of the dissolution of the House of Cinema. This means that the House of Cinema has been permanently shut down. He added that although talks were held with internal security forces about the transfer of the House of Cinema to the Iranian Union Guilds, possession of the building could not be transferred to any entity until a decision is made on this matter by the Ministry of Guidance, which currently has possession.
