Velayati: Obama said many things in his SOTU, but nothing new

Khamenei’s advisor on international affairs and head of the Expediency Council Strategic Research Center Ali Akbar Velayati said that “Iran is determined to continue nuclear talks to maintain the integrity of its nuclear rights for peaceful purposes.” Referring to President Obama’s SOTU address,  Velayati  said that “He (Obama) said various things, but nothing new…Iran’s nuclear rights should be recognized…I hope talks will be totally clear and proceed according to the overall policy of the system which has been set by the Supreme Leader”.
