Friday prayer leader in Tehran: “Citizens may want all kinds of things, but this doctor must act in the best interests of the patient”; Islamic regime does not want its citizens straying towards homosexuality

Monday, 24 June 2013

Friday prayer leader in Tehran, Ayatollah Mohammed Ali Mohammadi Kermani, stressed that the political epic of the Iranian people has triggered despair among its enemies. According to Kermani, the enemies realized that the illustrious presence of citizens during the elections was based on a response to the call of the Supreme Leader and that the bond between the people and the Velayat-e faqih is unbreakable. Later on, the Ayatollah said that one of the President Elect’s most serious responsibilities is the selection of ministers, deputies and advisors. He must choose people with proven experience, those with proven loyalty to the Velayat-e faqih and to the Revolution. By choosing the right people, the President will be able to solve the country’s problems, particularly economic problems. He added, “Citizens may want all kinds of things, but the doctor must act in the patient’s best interests. This is the greatness of the Islamic regime. In European countries, for example, citizens may want homosexual relations, but the Islamic regime makes sure that its citizens do not act in this manner.”
